Well, you have to explore a little bit and listen to some of the voice clips to get an idea of whats going on.
It's in the future, and a UNSC ship crashed on earth. An AI named SPDR is trying to fix the main AI, and the main AI (forgot what her name was) found this Beekeeping website and hacked it. Also there's this Covenant AI named the Pious Flea. It's quite confusing. Maybe go onto wikipedia to learn more about it?
